The minimum age for enrollment is 18 years of age.
 As a private school, our application process includes
• An Interview 
• School Tour
• Aptitude Test
Required documents to enroll:
 

1.            2010 Tax Return or Income Verification

2.            High School Diploma or G.E.D

(A.T.B test available for those who do not have a high school diploma or G.E.D)

3.            California I.D.

4.            Social Security Card

5.            Birth Certificate, Residence Card or Citizenship Certificate

6.      $100.00 is due at the time of registration to reserve your place

 Do I qualify to be a successful student?
If you like people, enjoy working in a changing environment and gravitate toward fashion ideas and interests, then you are probably going to do well in both school and the profession.  You may have had good grades in school or been a total "goof off" but neither necessarily indicates whether you will do poorly or well.  We have seen so many people do well after an unimpressive school record and we are convinced that it is what you do in OUR school that counts.  Put the rest behind you and attack the course with enthusiasm and energy and you will greatly improve your chances of doing well.
 
What if I have no talent?
That really doesn't matter!  We can teach ANYONE to achieve the skills necessary to provide cosmetology services to even the most demanding client.  What really IS important though is how you can make people FEEL, rather than how you can make people LOOK.  Industry pundits will tell you that over 80% of your potential for success in this industry depends upon your personality, attitude, and ability to talk with people and listen.

How do I pay for this training?
We have a full time financial aid administrator to help you figure that out as well as a number of programs and arrangements to make it possible for you to attend.  We feel that one part of our job is helping you afford training.  If what we offer is what you want, do NOT let finances stand in the way.  Come see us and let us help you plan how to begin a great career.
 
Where can I work after graduation?
With a cosmetology license you will be able to work in any facility licensed by the state of California State Board of Barbering Cosmetology, including
